When you make a booking for a rental property, the following general conditions govern the rental agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as “the Guest”) and the property owner, with the mediation of Travel Inside (hereinafter referred to as “TI”).
If you do not accept these terms after reading and understanding them, we kindly ask you to refrain from using the services offered on the website or any other service that implies acceptance of the conditions described below.
“TI” reserves the right to modify the information on the website at any time.
1. Prices
The prices published on the “TI” website (www.travelinside.org) are per night unless otherwise indicated.
• Included: Prices include electricity, water, gas, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning, as detailed in the information sheet of the selected property and/or the booking document.
In case of discrepancies between the website information and the booking document, the details in the booking document will prevail.
• Additional services (e.g., highchairs, baby beds, extra towels, and bed linen): These must be requested at the time of booking and will be charged separately, as specified in the booking document.
2. Bookings and Payment Options
Bookings can be made:
• Online, via email, telephone, or in person at our offices.
Once the booking is made, the Guest will receive an email with the booking document.
Payment options: Payment can only be made via credit card (Visa and Mastercard). In the case of telephone or email bookings, our staff will send a link to proceed with the payment of the corresponding booking amount.
3. Booking Confirmation and Payment
Once payment has been received, the booking is considered confirmed, and the Guest will receive the corresponding document.
4. Check-in and Check-out
• Registration: Upon check-in, registration with a valid ID is mandatory. Required information must be entered in advance on the portal to correctly manage the transmission of data to the relevant authorities, as required by current Italian law.
• Check-in
A late check-in fee applies depending on the arrival time; the amount will be communicated by the staff upon request. Payment will be made in cash upon arrival.
• Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM.
Check-in and check-out times must be communicated at least 24 hours before arrival and departure.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary based on the selected rate.
• Non-refundable rate: Free cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of booking.

For security reasons, only the individuals listed in the booking document may stay at the property.
The property may not be used for purposes other than the personal stay of the registered guests, such as events, parties, commercial activities, or any other use not expressly authorized.
7. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required only for medium-term rentals and serves to cover any damages to the property or outstanding payments.
The amount depends on the type of property booked and will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
• Damage Reporting: The Guest must report any pre-existing damages or missing items within 24 hours of arrival. Otherwise, the damages may be attributed to the Guest.
8. Cleaning and Conduct Rules
• Cleaning conditions: At the end of the stay, the property must be left clean and tidy. Any additional cleaning costs may be charged after check-out.
• Conduct rules: The Guest must respect the environment, neighbours, and condominium regulations. Complaints or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund.
9. Property Description
“TI” is committed to ensuring that the properties and services listed on our website meet and maintain adequate quality standards. We take special care to ensure that descriptions, prices, and details provided by property owners are accurate, up-to-date, and correctly transmitted on the website, in official documentation, and in verbal or written communications.
All information on the website, documentation, and communications is provided in good faith, based on the latest details received from the owners. However, unforeseen changes may occur, and in some cases, slight discrepancies may exist between the description and the actual condition of the property. These changes are generally aimed at improving the services and facilities available.
• Changes: Property owners reserve the right to make changes to the property, including furniture, services, or facilities, whenever such modifications are necessary for operational reasons or to enhance the guest experience. These modifications may include furniture replacements, technological upgrades, or infrastructure improvements without prior notice. However, in the case of significant modifications that may impact your stay, we will do our best to notify you in advance and offer suitable solutions.
10. Tourist Tax
The Municipality of Milan applies a tourist tax per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
• Exemptions: Minors under 18 years old, companions of hospitalized patients in healthcare facilities in Milan and its province, law enforcement officers, persons with disabilities, and their companions.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be governed by Italian law and submitted exclusively to the courts of the Municipality of Milan.
